More Klondike/Tlingit characters

All of these are still a work in progress:
Wolf as human,
Bear as human (the ambiguous cup with steam is coffee-Bear becomes highly addicted to coffee),
and lastly (for now), is my main villain, "Soapy" Smith.

Short?!? It's turning into more of an epic! Thank God I won't be the one animating it. I'm just doing the visual development and we'll see where it goes from there.

I like the bear human a lot!! ...and this whole concept of totem-comes-to life is like a Steven Spielberg movie...I'd love to see a feature based on this someday!

I enjoyed your Soapy Smith character, though he didn't smoke a pipe. I thought you might enjoy my blog ... on Soapy Smith. He is my great-grandfather.

I realize this is for some sort of animated short? Is there a way to find out more about the project? My family and fans of Soapy Smith would like to hear about it. Thank you
